A proud disabled U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Mitch has honed his skills through a distinguished career marked by leadership, technical excellence, and a steadfast commitment to quality and safety.

    He has held pivotal roles such as Western Region Equipment Superintendent and Master Mechanic, managing multi-million-dollar equipment fleets, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and overseeing preventative maintenance programs. Mitch’s diverse background spans crane operation, hydraulic systems, power plant operations, logistics, and safety management, making him a versatile and highly capable expert in his field.
